The Spectrum Cannabis Production Plant and Distribution Center, located in the city of Neiva, will have an approximate area of ​​38,560 m2 of plant. Design of main warehouse, storage warehouse, production area, loading docks area, employee parking, main entrance, dining room and staff services, expansion area, security building. Additionally, the geometric and network design for the 2 kilometers of track is considered, corresponding to the access from the main road to the final location of the plant and the design of a security building of approximately 200 m2.
